Everyones favourite breakfast. Versatile, can be pre made and super easy to do.
Milk (any types)
1 x Egg
1-2 Scoops of Chocolate Whey
HOW DO YOU DO IT?
1. Simply add the milk, flour, egg, protein powder and oats into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add some olive or coconut oil to a pan on high heat. Make sure the pan is really hot the pour on the mixture into pancake size dollops.
3. When mixture is set flip over until cooked. Add yoghurt, honey, fruit or whatever else you fancy. Play around with quantities of ingredients.
