Absolutely not. We meet each person where they are. Of course we have fit people but we also have people who have never touched a weight before. Your programme is personal to you.
No problem. A lot of our guys have, at some point, had niggles or ‘life’ injuries. Of course, we’re not medical professional but our expert team are very experienced in working with a wide variety of people and adjusting programmes accordingly.

The choice is yours. You are free to carry on your health and fitness goals with us or if you feel RLF isn’t for you, that’s cool too, we can still be friends. We can’t be everything to everyone.

We have memberships ranging from £99-£239 per month depending on the type of training you want to do and how many times per month you want to come in. We will make a recommendation based of your 30 day trial and goals.

Yes, very. We have sessions Monday to Friday 6-11am + 4-8pm and Sat 8-11am
