Leftover Beef Stirfry

Great little dish to use up your leftover meat from a Sunday roast. Sub out beef for chicken, pork, tofu or whatever you’ve got left.

Ingredients:

– Beef
– Baby Corn
– Sugarsnap peas
– Spring onions
– Red onion
– Garlic
– Chilli
– Coriander
– Soy sauce
– Teriyaki sauce

How do you do it?

1. Slice everything up

2. Get your wok screaming hot and stir fry everything for a few minutes always keeping it moving.

3. Add soy and teriyaki sauce. Stir for minute.

4. Serve with rice, noodles, green and garnish with spring onions/chillis.

5. Win at life
