A great, low calorie burger option. You can always use low fat beef mince, just make sure you adjust the calories accordingly.

Ingredients List:
675g Minced Turkey
1 small Onion, finely chopped
Small handful Thyme Leaves, chopped
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
How do you do it?
1. Mix together the turkey mince, onion, garlic, thyme & 1 tsp of oil. Allow to infuse in fridge for 4 hours.
2. Form into 4 burgers. Brush remaining oil on both sides of the burgers.
3. Heat non-stick frying pan. Cook for 10 mins each side & serve with salad.
