Time: 35 minutes
450g (1lb) Chicken breasts cut into strips
4-5 tbsp melted butter
100g (3 1/2oz) flour
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp seasoning mix
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp paprika
HOW DO YOU DO IT?
1. Preheat the oven to 220°c (425°f). Place a large piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and lightly brush with some of the butter.
2. Combine all the ingredients besides the chicken and butter in a large sealable bag. Add the chicken and shake it to coat.
3. Place your chicken evenly on the baking sheet, leaving a space between each strip. Bake for 10 minutes, turn over and bake a further 10 minutes.
4. Be sure to check to make sure your chicken is cooked through, as the thickness of your strips can greatly affect cooking time. You want it to be done but not overdone and dry. Remove to a plate lined with paper towel to soak up any excess fat.
